You are advised that the membership information you have provided will be held on computer data files and paper records for purposes solely connected to The North and West Wiltshire National Trust Association (NWWNTA) and relevant information from other Supporter groupsNational Trust infor. These purposes include distribution of The Newsletter, communication with members and maintenance of subscription records.


Your data will be used in the following ways:


1. To store it securely for all purposes of membership

2. To communicate with you as a NWWNTA member as necessary

3. To send you information about the activities of the NWWNTA* by post, email (if appropriate) and by volunteer help from other members of NWWNTA.


Personal information will not be sold or passed to third parties but could be provided to an event organiser when booking an event. Email communications, sent to more than one member, will be sent as 'Blind Carbon Copy' to maintain the anonymity of the rnultiple recipients.
